i love living here and the here and the community is very nice. Love the store been living here for 4 months
Not bad; decent for the location.
Aside from the decent & comfortable 1-bedroom corner space with natural light that I scored, a very average building. Some original amenities were removed w/o notice nor detailed explanation and a very lackluster mindset for a building 20 years old. If left unattended, wear & tear accelerate age and tell us how much pride (or lack thereof) mgmt takes in the facility upkeep & communication. There's no means of communicating with our tenant neighbors (such as portal chat thread/forum) as other buildings have. The cleanliness at the waste room proximity is gross.
We are proud to call Metropolitan Place pet friendly! Our pet deposit is $250, one-time pet fee $250 and our monthly pet rent is $40, per pet. Check out the link to learn more about our pet policies and see our accepted breeds of dogs.
