Been Here 5 years , its nice but the window blinds break way to easy and the screen door is flimsy

The location is key and is nearby the freeways and makes it easy to get around. There is a grocery store across the street, resturants, Starbucks, and a few other stores. The elementary school is across the street and a high school with a trail leading into it in our backyard. Also the rent is reasonable and the amenities are okay. The office hours have changed quite a bit since losing our manager and only had maintenance available only in emergencies. That would be the only thing thats quite irritating but overall good location. Oh and it stays prety auiet here for the most part.

As a long time resident. I think this is a nice place to live. It is conveniently located in an awesome location near stores, restaurants, schools, and more. For the most part it’s quiet and people stay to themselves. Management has changed in the office and not the same. The property was much better when Jeanne were here. Other than that. I would recommend living here.
