Great location!

I love the Honeycreek apartment homes bevause of the location. Its close to stores/shops and schols. The unit itself is larger than most of the townhomes around the neighborhood. I like the ftont office staff although they have switched a few times. Sometimes living mext door to thd high school can be challenging because there are alot of noise with soccer, football, softball, and especially during football season when the band practices right before 9pm but you find yourself getting used to it. Oh and the squirrels/acorns is a bot irritating but other than that I like being close to the things I mentioned before.

Some things to consider ( Townhome resident)

Location is good, amenities are average, I love the staff, and I could live with out the noise but the high school is next door. I like that I can walk to the store, bus stops, and get food or coffee near by. Oh and there are even two gas stations near. I love the staff but I don’t like the maintenance shifts that have happened over the few years we’ve lived here. They should really stick with the maintenance man who’s on staff now because he’s very knowledgeable and thorough. The parking is not the best because you have quite a few people with 2+ cars which doesn’t make it easy if you want to have guests which means there’s not much guest parking. Finally, let’s talk about the amenities and the noise. The noise is to be expected living next to a high school/ school field. Except when the band practices before a game or while you’re home sick and need to rest it can be annoying. The only other noises you’ll hear are from the street but that’s tolerable. Lastly, the amenities are what they are. Not many places are offering pools these days so if you’re looking for one this is not the place for you. There is a small gym located in the office with 2 or 3 machines. Your townhome will have a washer/dryer that’s bigger than average, a nice size living room, a kitchen with a dining space, a fireplace, and a nice patio off the living room and also the master room of the two bedrooms upstairs. Not to mention you’ll have a half bath (downstairs by the front door) and a full bath ( upstairs) which has a bonus sink area. All together the space is pretty decent if you don’t mind everything else.
