These apartments are ok, but no visitors parking and depending on the building its close to the freeway. There can be heavy traffic, school buses galore. The apartment is spacious maintained and staff very nice.

Not what I expected

No guest parking. Very loud, close to the 405/ Mukilteo freeway, neighborhood not very clean and neighbors complain about everything. It’s a pandemic going on so why try to get people evicted no housing everyone needs to mind their business and let people live comfortably while war and prices rise

Ok

It’s kind of loud, parking not so good. Can’t smoke cigarettes. No garbage disposal in kitchen. Garbage always full when I go dump it. People upstairs are heavy footed.
