Overall its a nice place to live, the staff arent very open to the community in my opinion, we never had any community event since ive lived here. Not really kid friendly either.

I have lived here for one year and I have enjoyed it. The neighbors are pretty quiet, and I can find good parking most times. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly.

Ive been at Orchard Ridge for 1 year now and I absolutely love it! The location is so perfect and the staff is super sweet and helpful. I love how everyone is to theirselves and respectful of others. I dont plan on movinv no time soon. So blessed to find this hidden gem!
