Great location; dont expect much.

The maintenance staff is amazing - Alex is THE man! However, property management is nonexistent. The parking is a joke and trying to get any sort of support is laughable. They do not live on site and are only here part time bc they split her time elsewhere. We are an afterthought to other properties under this management company. There are literally zero amenities - no playground. No pool. No cabana or rec room yet we pay over $2600. Sadly it was still better than local rates at the time and then found out that our same units are being advert for $300 less and are renovated? Our unit has old as heck washer/dryer that are super loud but wont get replaced. Our dishwasher is a pos even though its supposed to be new. Our stove has been wonky since our first year. I would take a very critical open eye to living here. The location is great, access to everything quickly but amenities and management leave a sour taste.

Wonderful staff and location

Property personnel, management and maintenance, are top notch. The apartment itself (2 bedroom, 2 bath) is spacious, The property is quiet and I really appreciate having covered parking right outside of my door. The location is quiet and convenient. Highly recommended.

DECENT PLACE BUT CONSTANT RENT INCREASES

WE LOVE OUR UNIT. ITS CURRENT UP TO DATE DESIGN IN ALL THE ROOMS. REALLY NO COMPLAINTS AND THE MAINTENANCE GUY WHO IS CURRENTLY ALEX, TAKES CARE OF YOU IMMEDIATELY. HOWEVER MANAGEMENT IS AWARE THAT THEIR ARE TENANTS SELLING CARS FROM THE PROPERTY, AND THEY TAKE UP THE PARKING SPACES. THEY THREATEN EVERYONE, BUT THE PROBLEM CAUSER. ALSO, WE HAVE HAD 2 INCREASES IN LESS THAN ONE YEAR SPANS. YOU ARE IN A BAD SITUATION WHEN YOU TRY AND FIND A PLACE BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU INCREASED RENT OF 200-300 IF YOU DONT SIGN ANY LEASE. LETS SAY YOU STAY, THEN THEY INCREASE YOUR RENT EVERY SINGLE LEASE, EVEN IF ITS ONLY BEEN 3 OR 6 MONTHS. FOR THAT REASON I WOULD GIVE THEM ONE STAR.
