decent place to rent
Like the location, didnt pay attention that there was not air conditioning. Parking space is up and down. Overall the apartments are nice and affordable.

This place?
Although I’ve been here since it’s been built, there’s nothing chic or boutique(y) about it. There are no amenities. If you count 1 elliptical and 1 treadmill for a workout room, it’s not worth the rent. That’s it… no party room, no pool, no sauna, no community gatherings. I’ve been against valet trash since being here. Its cost of $50 is apart of the $100 monthly sewage fee so add that into your rent. The trash collected outside your door only to be placed in the dumpster yards away from where you park. There’s no separation of trash either. Yet the collectors opt not to collect your trash for their own reasons. The carpentry is poor. The cupboard doors in both kitchen and bath falls apart easily. We’ve gone through maybe 3-4 maintenance workers since I’ve been here. A few years no one was ever available and some occupants were left to fix their own things. I replaced my garbage disposal year 3. Although the location was a target for vehicle break-ins a couple years ago… the public felt people who live here was elite and entitled because of their cars, management installed security cameras. They tried having security presence at night but no one wanted it but complained about safety concerns. The only reason I remained there is because the location is great getting on and off I5. It’s close to everything you may want or need. It’s close to the urban trail for biking/running but getting to it is a bit sketchy. Dee Dee (manager) is a sweetheart and does all that she can between the other properties she manages. I don’t think the rental cost is worth the advertisement of a boutique apartment. Th
