While I do not have any problems with the staff here, the parking is bad unless you have a paid spot and these keep going up every year. upon my next renewal if we choose to I will have to give up my parking spot since it will be too much to afford and then will have to go back to fighting for a spot. While I try to sleep there is always wither children screaming or loud cars driving by. I laugh to myself while I write this as it makes me sound like an old man.

Decent

Our apartment desperately needs a light in the hallway, our cupboards and counters could use a good update, the carpet is CHEAP (I'm not a fan, it stains easily), the appliances could also stand an upgrade. I feel the price is a bit steep for what we're getting but that's not to say there aren't any positive notes. After going through what feels like 3 or 4 managers since we've moved in I have to say the new team is absolutely lovely and highly responsive to our needs, the maintenance guy is so fast and efficient (especially considering he is a one man operation) that I am fully impressed. We have enjoyed our time here for the most part and are grateful to be a part of this community for as long as we have been.
