Great value for the cost, i love having hardwood floors and high ceilings. Good location, pretty central to a lot of things. Main complaints are noise and parking. There is absolutely no parking after 6pm. Some cars have been parked in uncovered spots and have not moved in my month of being here

A nice place to live in, with a very co-operative staff. The location is perfect, so you can reach high ways so fast and near to shopping stores like Alderwood mall, Walmart and Fred mayer. The maintenance staff are professionals and respond quickly when you are in need for help. The administration trying to make updating for every thing. Therefore I'm living here for more than 7 years.

I feel lucky to have found this apartment. I've lived here going on three years and have always had wonderful interactions with the staff. I would be happier if they heated the hot tub and pool, though.

I live here almost a year. Everything is great except the parking. They told me they put me in a queue for parking lot, but they have never called me since Feb?

Staff and maintenance have always been super friendly and timely. Parking is okay, frustrating because there is far more tenants then paid parking. Apartments are old, which means sound transfers easily through walls and floors as well as things breaking or needing to be fixed. Until a few months ago the apartment weren't even up to Fire code. There isn't any A/C built in which is a major drawback during the summer months. But the amenities are good, staff is always friendly even if the office staff is difficult to reach at times, and the apartments are old and too expensive. But the location is great as well.
