Very convenient place

It’s very quite apartment and convenient, very near to the shopping center I-5 / I-405 and 167 Hwys. Very good maitnence service and clean apartment.

Too many mgmt changes

I have lived here for 18 years. I have seen it ALL. So many management changes, some good, some not so good. I miss Nathan and Sheilagh. They were the BEST property managers. No one ever answers the phone. No one ever answers the email. I was told I would get my carpet fixed but it hasn't been fixed. The rent keeps going up when the gate is always broke. While I like living here overall, some things need to be fixed

Needs a lot of work

I have lived here for a very very long time. The property is going downhill in terms of the cleanliness around the property. The garbage/recycle receptacles are ALWAYS full so garbage is just thrown about. I know this property is a Section 8 property. I have no issue with that. The issue is that it doesn't have to look like Section 8. The rent keeps getting raised every year which would not be a problem but if the property isn't being kept up, why raise the rent? The gates have been broken for months. The pool was down all Summer, maybe except for a few days. What are your tenants paying for? The sprinklers have some sort of white solution in it and is ruining cars leaving white water spots that won't come out. I can't park in my space which I pay for because of this. I do like living here but there are some major improvements that need to be done. I will say that the property managers, Sheilagh and Nathan are great. Thank you!
