Complex has gone way downhill

I have lived here for almost 19 years. There have been numerous property managers. The grounds of this place is disgusting. People can have plants and garbage on their patios that look horrific. This place has gone way downhill. They keep raising the rent but do nothing to keep up the maintenance of the property. Yes, they did do a refresh a couple of years ago in side the apartments but nothing since. I still have the same carpet from when I first moved in here. The way this property is maintained and the way you are raising the rent doesn't match. The math ain't mathing
