Alvista Lake Meridian has the most friendliest people. They care about you. If you want to be taken cared of the right way this is the place to live. Shilah is amazing. She goes out of her way to make sure the resident is happy and she thoroughly explains in detail everything you need to know before move in. She is also fast and efficient. Most places take forever. We are glad we made this choice to live at Alvista Lake Meridian ????

Good service from the office team to maintenance team. My most recent great service and act of kindness was from maintenance person Damon. I was walking with my walker, with 3 garbage bags to throw away. Damon stopped working and asked if he could take the bags for me. That is the kind of Novo community I live in.

My husband and I recently relocated from out of state and after researching and viewing a number of properties we landed here at Novo. We immediately felt at home and the staff is exceptionally helpful, friendly and attentive. Novo is in a great location as it is close the freeway and centrally located to several types of restaurants and grocery stores. The property is very well maintained and feel very comfortable and safe with within our gated community. The property.

This is a great apartment! The community is dog and family friendly and offers plenty of activities to keep life interesting. The only concerns we had while living here were about packages, but the main office installed a package locker and it runs smoothly! Overall, it was a great experience living here.
