Decent apartments

All the amenities I need are here. Rent is insane but thats everywhere… Very noisy kids always screaming outside.. very loud cars outside… trash is always built up in the garbage

Wish it were cheaper.

My main issue is the value of our apartment for the money we pay. It is 1 room, 500 sqft and the rent is about 1550 a month with utilities. We live paycheck to paycheck, so this amount of money each month is a huge huge loss for us. Wish we were getting a better apartment for the money we spend. It is also right by the main street so it is incredibly loud all hours and every time a big truck or bus passes by, our building shakes. This location is due to a snafu by the previous management company - we were originally supposed to be located toward the center of the property. Also we have no fan in our bathroom so we constantly battle mold and mildew.

No guest parking in the back of the property. Gym equipment needs updating asap. Management could communicate better. The garbage situation needs to be addressed asap. It’s disgusting.

ABANDONED

In the middle of nowhere. I am afraid. I am possibly, the only resident living here. There seems to be squatters and ghost and/or dye activity. It is not my responsibility to try to explain these events and happenings. Someone should be very concerned.
