Pretty awesome so far

I have lived at Kairos for almost 8 months and I have had mostly amazing experiences. The apartments are very beautiful and my view is beautiful and I have had no issues with pests. The front office is incredibly friendly and helpful. I've only needed to submit two maintenance requests so far and they were both finished very quickly. In the summer, my third floor unit can sometimes get a little warm (there is no AC) and sometimes people play their music loud enough to hear through walls, though this is never the case during quiet hours. Some residents are disrespectful about throwing the trash in the bins instead of on the ground, but that isn't the fault of management. I hope to keep living here for a while.

Great experience so far

We have lived here for a little less than a month but our experience has been great so far. The property is mostly clean, besides some residents who do not pick up after their dogs. Management has been very friendly and accommodating. My unit is very beautiful and the views are amazing.
