The parking catastrophe at Dockside is depressing. Your racing home so you can get a parking place, but then your stuck at home. You can't run errands go grocery shopping. It's ridiculous, A parking permit is required, and it's posted all over the complex, but not enforced. When you called the tow company, they tell you that you have to call the office which is closed. People up illegally Park and have you trapped in. I had to drive down the sidewalk one morning just to go to work. When I called the office, they asked me to take pictures and to write down license plates.

Parking has been a hassle lately with often times needing to park multiple buildings away. Kids often playing in the street at night and hitting cars with their ball, as well as residents with excessively loud vehicles and seemingly nothing being done about any of the above.
