The community is beautiful with fantastic amenities, and the staff are incredibly helpful. I also appreciate that parking is assigned.

Almost Perfect

Almost everything about this place is perfect. The positives: the apartments are great - brand new, clean, well staffed and maintained. Couple of negatives are: lack of guest parking (there are 3 Future Resident Parking stalls, one of which is a handicap spot, and only these stalls are available as guest/spare parking spots between 3 apartment complexes, ONLY AFTER 6PM daily). Also, units in Building 1 that face the west are right adjacent to Military Road and I-5. Both of these roads are heavily congested, especially with freight trucks, all throughout the day. Traffic noises can be a big issue, especially at nighttime.

Amazing and comfortable

I was the first person to move in this complex back in Sept 2023 and it has been the best decision I have ever made. The staff and maintenace team are so helpful and knowledgeable about everything and know how to make their residents feel extremly at ease. It is rare to find such a great proepty management team while also living in such aesthetically pleasing apartment building. I am truly grateful I found this place.
