I have lived here since 2016, and have watched the property owners change a few times, and the property managers change a few times, but the loyal staff who make it happen have stayed around to keep Langara an awesome place to live. James does an excellent job managing maintenance, and the grounds are well-kept. My neighbors are nice to interact with, and I like that Langara is a safe, quiet place to live.
