Is a nice place. Traffic noise. Fast exit to the freeway. Stores near. Will be nice to have more amenities. MOre security.

This property is well maintained and there are constant ongoing improvements to ensure the property value, safety and satisfaction of the residents, whether it is re-striping the parking areas, new roofing, walkway repairs, or anything in between, the Langara management has shown that they don't just let the property fall apart. There is ample, lush landscaping, open spaces for people to enjoy recreation and relaxation, and great accessibility to nearby parks and trails as it is located conveniently at an intersection with a shared-use path. While there aren't significant "amenities" that other properties may offer like fitness equipment and pools and basketball courts, don't fall for those "gimmicks", you're right by nature here, with convenient access to shopping and highways, without having to deal with all of the noise of being in the lower parts of Issaquah. I highly recommend that you consider Langara out for your home.
