It's a awesome place to live
Everything here is just great & the maintenance guys are so polite the office staff are very nice we have had some great people living here we have been here almost 7 years its been great living here we have no complaints at all we love it here
Location
I've lived here for 2 years, and I will say that It was a nice experience. I enjoyed the location and overall ambiance. Very peaceful, and I enjoyed being in a smoke free building. That was my main concern. Unfortunately you don't have control over what others do, but I do like that when you do need, or call maintenance things are take care of in a decent time frame. My main and only complaint would have been for the bathrooms to have more work for the price of what the property charges for their units. I enjoyed the space of my kitchen, and entire living quarters, but the bathrooms could use some work from the toilets to the bathtubs. It took sometime to get access to gym after living here. I would renew if I weren't relocating out of state. I'm sure with all the changes, and additional fees it will get even better down the road. Lastly, Not a fan of the trash service. I used it my first week of moving in, but with the dumpsters being not even 100 feet away from my door I can easily dump myself, and not of fan of having to pay for outsiders coming to dump their trash in the bins from the hospital behind the building. Again my stay has been pleasant and no place is 100% percent perfect - but this was home for 2 years, and the staff was GREAT! Will definitely miss it, and I'm sure it will make a nice space for the next tenant. Thanks Maple Springs for a pleasant STAY.
Nice place to live
I have lived here for over 2 years and have really enjoyed my time. It’s a nice and well maintained complex. The newly remodled lounge and gym are very nice- and im very grateful they gave residents 24 hour access. Maintenance has always been timely respectful and helpful. Our apartment is charming and spacious. We love the fireplace, open concept and high ceilings. With that said there are also some negatives. I feel like we are told someone will be needing to enter our apartment most months out of the year. This is not optional. We always have to adjust our schedules so someone can be home so our escape artist cat doesn’t run out. I understand they want to update and maintain but I feel that having mandatory entrance to our apartment so often is unnecessary. They dont give you an option to schedule a preferred day either- they say we will be entering on this day. Fees. So many fees. It actually seems like they come up with a new fee to charge us with every single month. We are paying about 100 dollars every single month in fees alone-this is not including rent or utilities. We are grateful for the updates to the complex but with these updates come more and more fees. We just got a fee for the electricity in the common lounge area. Seriously? There is even a fee to recieve packages, a fee to maintain the common area, and a fee for someone to pick up your trash. Nevermind the fact if you don’t even use these amenities, you must still pay the fees.
