Great place to live!
I've lived here for a few years now. There have been some amount of maintenance that needed to be done during that time, but every one of them were fixed by the next day. Considering the price and location, you really can't beat it.
Maple Springs - A Great Place to Live
I've been at Maple Springs since 2020, and really like it a lot. It's a quiet community, very conveniently located between Short Pump and Willow Lawn, with easy access to shopping, dining, and much more. The staff are kind and friendly, and maintenance is usually handled in a timely fashion. The prices of the units continue to move up, which is more of a sign of the times because of the economy, and I only wish Virginia had some rent stabilization laws in place - but other then that, I am happy here, and don't intend to move anytime soon. Also very grateful that it recently became a smoke-free campus, and that the smell of cigarette smoke lingering from nearby apartments has come to an end.
