It is a place to live
Living in a Crystal Lakes unit is just ok. The driving/pavement areas have many pot holes. The arrangement for a washer/dryer in the unit is awkward. The cost of the unit seems very high when compared to the quality of the unit/area.
Awful Maintenace
Had very bad experience since the first day a move here with maintenance and also you car get towed often for no reason

Durante más de 5 años viviendo en este lugar, no me puedo quejar, y a mejorado un montón, todavía falta por mejorar pero sin duda no es para nada lo que era cuando comencé. Esta mejor, aunque como antiguo inquilino pienso que hay cosas que debemos tener para mejorar nuestros apt y no se nos da ese servicio. Las calles llenas de baches y nunca las reparan correctamente y el estacionamiento peor, carros mal estacionados, muchas guaguas de trabajos y carros quedados. En fin, muchas reglas nuevas pero ni la administración cumple su palabra. Basura que los propios inquilinos o niños tiran por doquier y nadie hace nada.
