I live on the bottom floor and it is extremely noisy here in regards to the creaking floor upstairs. Additionally, the neighbor's dog howles all day and night. It is extremely aggervating. The overhead light outback has been out for the entire 3 years I have lived here. I have complained about it several times but it has never been replaced. I am missing screens on some of my windows so it is impossible to leave my windows open at any time. I began complaining about this 3 years ago but again the issue has never been corrected. The rent continues to go up each year when my apartment is being offered to new tenants at a lower rate (currently running a special for free first month's rent of which comes out to about $150 off each month and the apartment is already listed for cheaper then I what I pay monthly). I have never been late been on my rent in 3 years but yet you are offering cheaper rent to new residents? Why not focus on keeping the good tenants you already have instead of pushing them out by raising the rent each lease renewal? How rewarding to find new tenants are offered a better deal then what I am currently paying. To offer this deal means there are several unoccupied apartments. For all of the reasons stated I can see why you are having trouble occupying apartments. Don't get me started on how much of a hassle the trash service turns out to be, let alone the costs associated. I can't imagine how much the apartments make by charging each individual apartment $25 for the pickup and $10 for the dumpster rental and trash is only picked up Sunday through Thursday not including any holidays. Don't forget the literal page of rules associated so that u may even get the trash to be picked up. Trash is constantly left, pickup arrives earlier then is suppose to, neighbors constantly leaving their trash out for the weekends so that the corridor stinks & is only cleaned what seems like once a month. Could go on&on but am out of space and complaining won't change.
