Wellsmith
Parking is uncovered and not assigned. There are never any spots available closest to the building and if there are public events going on, they will offer the second lot for event parking. They act like it is a perk that parking is "included" in rent, but essentially it is an uncovered lot that never has any spaces available. Our fridge/freezer and our air conditioning broke within the first month of moving in and it took weeks and multiple times reaching out to management for anything to be done about it. The trash rooms are always disgusting and overflowing with trash, if you see a unit across from one, do not rent it. You can hear everything going on above you, we can hear our upstairs neighbors stomping around and blasting their TV/music 24/7. Management does not care. They are essentially useless and condescending. For almost 3k a month for a 2 bedroom, you would think it would a "luxury" experience as they market it, do not be fooled. Yes the building and amenities are gorgeous, but the useless staff and the overall rudeness of the residents that live in the building do not make the price worth it. I would not ever recommend any one live here and I truly can't wait until the lease is up. The only saving grace is the pool and for 3 months of use out of the year, it is not worth it.

The area is really nice. The building is stylish. The staff is very helpful. A nice place to stay.
