Sometimes there is a lot of street noise in the middle of the night, it sounds like cars are racing; I am not to fond of waking up to that in the middle of the night. I do not love the broken down elevators recently. Other than that I love this place

I have been living here going on three years, I have enjoyed it overall. It is in a great location that is convenient to all things Downtown and surrounding area. Would recommend.

Since I moved to the Exchange Place apartments, it has been very convenient to follow my life rythm in the the Virginia Capitol. Main street is the perfect location to have a fun, balanced life, and the Exchange Place apartments provide me with all I need - included utilities, 24 hour great maintenance, the gym, the parking lot, and the most important is the safety and the great community. I am also super grateful for the team of our property managers who will always help and answer to all of my questions. I recommend The Exchange Place to anybody who is looking for a new home, and two of my frieneds have already become my neighbors.
