Great location and amenitied are good! Great restuarants around and walkable to alot of special areas. Not fair from downtown.

Lower quality finishes than the Watkins, but the same prices. All they did was slap new paint and some new cabinets into a 90s remodel. Then you have to walk across a gross alley to get to the tiny gym.
