THE HILLS

The building needs to be updated/renovated not just inside but outside. Appearance is everything. And for the $$ you pay. From the base. To get down to why the toilets tubs sicks always messing up. Im ALWAYS having plumbing issues. There's leaks from the ceiling that stain it. They paint over old cracks in walls from previous tenants , I've been in my apartment going on 3yrs and I'm starting to see paint peeling off walls cracking. And the walls are VERY THIN. you can hear your neighbors whole conversation. Literally. When the traffic passes by it feels like a tornado is about to take down the apartment building. I have extreme anxiety and this scares the freak outta me. When I have family over, they look in shock. Embarrassing!! Oh and appliances are cheap, but they claim it's new. This is my thing, do it right the 1st time and you don't have to continue to come backnforth. Patching up is what I call it. I can't stand it. I had several oven problems. From not working to gas leaks. The whole glass in the front came off with me just opening it. Smh. Dangerous. Called maintenance he said it wasn't an emergency. They came and patched it up because 2/3 months later I'm still having the same problem. Feels like the ovens face is going to come off when I open it. And a gym would be nice to have.

Stratford Hills Apartments are centrally located. The staff is pretty good. However. maintenance is spotty. They take forever to arrive and then don't always resolve the issue. The apartments are quite old and haven't been renovated. However, the rooms are big.

StrStratford Hills Apatow

Things a great location, but they're very old. This place was built in 1966. Most apartments have not been updated. The toilet is extremely low to the floor. The cabinets don't fully close. Maintenance socks. However. the rooms are big andmy apartment is spacious.
