So far my experience has been positive. I have only recently moved in and will update as time passes. The move in process was easy. Access to the unit was easy. The area is clean and for the most part not very noisy. On occasion someone will roll through with their bass going at max, but you can get that anywhere. Kids playing outside has been pretty regular. At this point I can only say positives. I have not yet had the chance to work with maintenance and have had zero issues getting in touch with the staff at the office when I have reached out.

These apartments are a hood value, but they ste old. Thus, the caninets are from the late sixties. There is no idland in the kitchen. The disheashet is old but it works. On the positive side, it’s quietand nobody bothers you. Also, the grounds are well lit.
