Its a decent place to live, but residents smoke indoors and staff doesn't actually penalize them. Instead, staff focuses on petty things like what you have on your balcony/deck. Maintenance has always been less than great, not keeping up with basic stuff like changing ac filters. The new pet portal is a racket that I'm sure corporate gets a kickback from. They do not clean well between tenants, I had to clean excessive grease off my kitchen cabinets and walls when moving in, but you may be charged for cleaning on move out. That said it is a fairly quiet and safe place to live.

It is a beautiful and quiet place, I have lived here for 4 years, and I have no complaints, the staff and neighbors are very friendly and kind. The apartments are very well equipped and comfortable, I would highly recommend this place.
