Wish it could have worked out!

I had a great experience touring these apartments with Alex! He was very kind and personable and I really appreciate that he was willing to work with us in spite of our financial challenges. We ended up deciding not to lease, however I do believe that this would have been a wonderful place to live due to the dedication and care of the staff here. This property management really stood out to me compared to many others I worked with during my search, and I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to move to the area. We may even come back once we feel like we can afford it!

Great Apartment Option in SLC

Just moved into a newly renovated unit and it is great. The location is very convenient and it is easy to get everywhere. Carrie was also a great help with the move in process and everything went very smoothly!

Great Place to live!!

I recently relocated to once again another Bridge Property. I love how Bridge takes care of their building. Haylee and Carrie in the office are great and always welcoming when I come to inquire about something. The apartments are always clean and safe. They take pets here which is great and I am glad that they offer doggy bags to pet owners. Other than seeing pets here you couldn't tell by looking at the grounds which is a plus. I am so happy that the office staff is so polite and genuinely takes you serious like you matter. Thanks Haylee and Carrie, I so appreciate it. The staff is great at Monaco Apartments right down to the incredible maintenance staff, Matthew and TJ. Matthew thanks for taking calls at odd hours of the night when I know your probably in for the night. Thanks Dude! All in all I would totally recommend this place if you want to live in a family community where its clean, great amenities, and safe! I plan to live here for a long time

Love this Apartment, and would recommend it to anyone

I have lived here now for a few months, after relocating from NC, and love it, and feel safe. They even have a security company who monitors us day and night. That is a great feeling since I work 3rd shift. Moving to a new city and state has it challenges but I am forever grateful to have meet Haylee and Carrie the management staff at Monaco. They are so warm and welcoming, and remind you that you have a family here at Monaco. The facilities are amazing, I even have a washer and dryer in my unit, and OH My Goodness it has a swimming pool :) This is my first real apartment outside of college so I was relieved that I could bring my baby girl ( my dog) to Utah to live with me in my apartment.. The staff is great at Monaco Apartments. From Haylee and Carrie in the office ( Thanks for always being so welcoming) to the incredible maintenance staff, Matthew and TJ. we feel valued as residents and repairs are always done expediently and perfectly. I am Proud to call Monaco Apartments home, and would recommend it to any of my friends.

If I could leave more than 5 Stars I would!!!

I have lived here now for a few months, and love it. The shared facilities are wonderful, as is the staff at Monaco Apartments. From Haylee and Carrie in the office ( Thanks for always being so welcoming) to the incredible maintenance staff, Matthew and TJ. we feel valued as residents and repairs are always done expediently and perfectly. The apartment is also great! Spacious, nice appliances, nice location, pet friendly, and affordable for the area and amenities offered. Proud to call Monaco Apartments home, and looking forward to a year of happy living :) Thank you!!
