I've lived here for almost 4 years. I'm very impressed with the outside maintenance as well as the maintenance workers. They live on site and I have yet to see one leave the job. They are like friendly neighbors and are always there and working hard. The management is great and they appreciate their tenants. It's located next to a creek right behind the basketball court which is a beautiful place to take a walk. All around in very happy living here.

I have lived here for 12 years, raised my family. The maintenance is excellent. They usually come the same day you put in a request. They are efficient, professional, and do a complete job. They also fix little things that they notice when they come over. There is plenty of space outside for the kids to play, with room for soccer, and a park with sand. The grounds are kept very clean and well maintained in the summer. The sidewalks and parking lot are plowed every winter in a timely manner. I just don't like that the rent has gone up so much in the last couple of years.

Maintenance here is amazing! They are always working to keep the property in tip top shape. Another great thing about living here is the friendly neighbors and if there ever is an issue with anything then the managers are willing to solve it right then and there. Best place to live. ??
