Don't live there. My brother does. Your office has been relentless in extracting penalties and charging for fake fees , like a legal fee when a payment is late, even though no fee is actually incurred. I liver in WA state where your practices would expose you to liability under the consumer protection act. Not too sure about Utah law.

I haven’t had any problems, just a few bumps in the road which come with any apartment complex I enjoy it here it’s very close to my work my dog loves loves loves the dog park and the grounds I do wish people would pick up after pets
