your office is relentless in extracting penalties

Don't live there. My brother does. Your office has been relentless in extracting penalties and charging for fake fees , like a legal fee when a payment is late, even though no fee is actually incurred. I liver in WA state where your practices would expose you to liability under the consumer protection act. Not too sure about Utah law.

I’ve been here going on 3 years and my experience has been great! I have friendly neighbors and the staff is courteous. It’s centrally located. I really enjoy my place here.
