Feedback

The windows need to be updated for efficiency. More energy and power needs to be used due to the thin windows therefore making the power bill expensive.

New staff all the time hard to give an accurate review

Staff is typically friendly but they’ve cleaned house twice in the last year so it’s hard to say. In the beginning we had troubles but then the entire staff was changed and we haven’t had as much interaction since. Grounds are kept pretty clean, the actual apartment was pretty nice. The windows aren’t well insulated, you can hear every footstep and urination of your upstairs neighbors, but neighbors on the sides are pretty quiet. We had new appliances moving in that were great except the dishwasher is completely useless. The smoke alarms are heat sensitive and go off EVERY TIME you open the oven. The gym isn’t 24 hours and the laundry card deposit thing is only available during office hours which is wildly inconvenient for people who also work office hours. The HVAC works great and the gym is really nice. The pool looks nice but is RARELY open but they have had the jacuzzi open a lot before covid. The washer and dryer room needs better maintenance; there is always a pileup of trash and a lot of the machines don’t work properly. The community is nice. If you’re talking about the apartment itself, it wasn’t bad, they’ve done nice updates.
