Parking Issues

When I moved in I believe a temp was the person who met with me. She told me until I received a parking spot I could park in guest parking, she pointed at uncovered empty spots near the office. She then showed me on a map the same parking spots. I parked there and my car was towed. I now owe $375 in towing fees that they refuse to help pay even though one of their “employees” told me to park there.

Mediocre at best

On paper this complex is nice and I'm sure it was once, but due to messy residents and unenforced rules, its fallen into disrepair. The hallways constantly smell like animal urine, due to residents letting their animals defecate in the hallways and/or tracking it in on their shoes. In my 8 months here, I've witnessed 4 instances of animals relieving themselves inside on the carpets while their owners sit there and watch. And that's just what I've witnessed, it constantly smells in the hallways so I'm sure its happening much more frequently. The common areas would be nice if they were repaired, but are mostly unusable. For example, there's 2 pool tables, one of which is so sun damaged its unusable, the other is unusable because all of the pool cues are broken. I will not be renewing my lease here, for the price, I expected a lot more; from the staff AND my fellow residents. The pool, while ok, is still below the standards of similar priced facilities in the area.

Lived here for 14 months. The office staff has been good to work with. The apartment is close to exit doors which is definitely a plus. Maintenance crew is always helpful and quick to respond to our requests. renewing the lease.

Rather tedious to live here

This is a nice apartment complex, don't get me wrong. But there are definitely some major points of improvement that could be addressed. One being the speed we get help from the front office. We have been trying for over a month to renew our roommate accommodations, our out of state cosigner's haven't even received and email for the form. Furthermore, they moved us to month-to-month rent despite our situation, and constant reminders to the office. Dog owners haven't really learned the main entrance to the apartment buildings is not where their pets should be going to the bathroom. So every time you walk in to your building, it smells of pee and poo. Neighbors are very loud. Often times our neighbor will blast music from 9am to 9pm, and upstairs will stomp around anytime they are home. You are only allowed 1 designated parking space, even if you are willing to pay extra for another one, if you choose one bedroom apartment. Meaning if you and your roommate (of any kind) both have vehicles, you will need to decide who gets premium, safer parking, or if you will be parking a mile away outside the gates. We have had a catalytic converter stolen, so beware. The dumpster doors are always broken, and the dumpsters themselves are rarely empty, despite the amount of times the trucks come by. Finally, if you order from Amazon, be sure to put instructions on where to leave the packages. I made the mistake of not doing this, and a driver handed off the package to a random resident in the complex. Hopefully the complex can address these issues, because if they did this place would be highly desirable. Overall, disappointed with my experience, but there are no other places in the area that are in this price range or lower.
