Pretty Complex
Cobblecreek has good amenities and very nice landscaping. The ducks are always around, they leave a lot of droppings on the sidewalk. My unit has been updated well.
Nature on the patio.
Recently had a baby pigeon born, from egg to a mature pigeon to fly into the wind. The nature here is amazing. Baby ducklings in May, and you get to watch them mature! Very majestic property! Maintainence is on point, and Andrew is awesome!
Nice quiet place but the management not up to snuff
I have lived here for 16 years. I love the location, grounds, peace and quiet but the grounds are not kept up to standards, amenities are often unavailable and the management staff is never there for communication. Since Maxx took over the property, there has been nothing but employee turnover in the main office and nothing taken care of. No return calls and most seem not experienced enough to manage a property.
