Fee raised to pay rent with credit card Absurd!!!!

Lived here 5 years. Property run down. Club House and Theatre room carpet has been stained for past 2 yrs. Hallway carpets stained as well. Only 2 residents meet and greet events planned in past 4 months. Usually scheduled in early afternoon 2-5 pm when most residents are still at work oe school. Virtual activities aren't very popular at this property Had to wait 4 days for some one from VELO to check my apartment for carbon Monoxide gas when the alarm kept going off for 3 days. Finally called the Fire Dept They responded in 10 minutes! They recommended replacing the detector due to age. My neighbor had a water leak under his kitchen cabinet where the garbage disposal is located. Took maintenance 3 days to fix!
