This place has more amenities than all of UT and its cheaper than everywhere else downtown. They have so much parking you can get as many spots as you want, a 7k sq ft gym that just was labeled the best residential gym in UT, and the units are so quiet. You can't hear anything outside your unit, not even construction right outside my window its insane.
