pretty decent, good maintainance, expensive

I have been living here in the 1 bedroom apt for almost 7 months now. It has been pretty decent, and the maintainance team, they are quick to respond and fulfill their duties on time. I have not had any bad feedbacks for the Morton, but the price is a bit expensive for what they offer. It is sometimes a bit smelly when people put their trashes outside their apt around 9.pm, so someone could come and pick them up.

Great spot in downtown SLC

I've only been here for a few months, but it's been good overall. The location is nice aside from the adjacent construction. I don't hear it too often though.

Love this Place!

I moved more downtown to get the modern city life feeling and this place was perfect for that! Walking distance to coffee shops, stores, resturants, bars. My friends always ask to come over because its such a great spot.

Not enough parking spots for the amount of people, but they still charge you 100 + dollars for parking on top of your rent. Add on "data packages" are not worth it, wifi frequently is down. Staff changes like the wind, you never know who you are going to have as a property manager that month. The apartments are super nice though, unless you are on the south facing side.... then you have a building being built in your window and construction workers get to say hi every morning. 6.5/10 would recommend, however I will most likely not be resigning a lease here.

It's nice here tbh

This place is subtle and elegant, in the middle of town and beautiful. The only kinda annoying thing is the parking, its an additional 100 dollars on top of what you already pay, but such is life. There are also other options around (parking garages and small business you may be able to work a deal with for parking)
