Place is amazing. only flaws are 1 car parking and the lack of storage. It's been amazing otherwise.

The property managers are the best part of the building, which says a lot because the facility is spectacular. Wyatt and Jackson are super helpful and informative. They are quick to solve any issues and communicate well during the process. The amenities and the apartments are so nice. The Morton has set a standard for me that most complexes could not live up to.

I have been living here in the 1 bedroom apt for almost 7 months now. It has been pretty decent, and the maintainance team, they are quick to respond and fulfill their duties on time. I have not had any bad feedbacks for the Morton, but the price is a bit expensive for what they offer. It is sometimes a bit smelly when people put their trashes outside their apt around 9.pm, so someone could come and pick them up.

I've only been here for a few months, but it's been good overall. The location is nice aside from the adjacent construction. I don't hear it too often though.

I moved more downtown to get the modern city life feeling and this place was perfect for that! Walking distance to coffee shops, stores, resturants, bars. My friends always ask to come over because its such a great spot.

Not enough parking spots for the amount of people, but they still charge you 100 + dollars for parking on top of your rent. Add on "data packages" are not worth it, wifi frequently is down. Staff changes like the wind, you never know who you are going to have as a property manager that month. The apartments are super nice though, unless you are on the south facing side.... then you have a building being built in your window and construction workers get to say hi every morning. 6.5/10 would recommend, however I will most likely not be resigning a lease here.
