Indoor pool AND friendly Staff

We’ve been living here for a couple months now and we are in love with the apartment and the amenities. We are grateful to the staff, specially to Vanessa Revilla who helped us finding the unit, showed it to us multiple times, toured us around, and made the apartment hunting experience less stressful.

Amazing!

I had recently moved into the area from Phoenix,AZ with little to no information about Salt-lake City and was very kindly helped out by Vanessa a leasing agent at Brigham. She went over everything! She even gave me a few recommendations of places to check out for my first couple weeks down here as she was also from Phoenix! My first impressions were BLOWN AWAY! This place deserves another star!

Love living at the Brigham Apartments

I'd never lived in a city before and moved to the Brigham Apartments to experience life in downtown SLC. I fell in love with the Brigham Apartments and haven't been able to leave. That was 2003! The building/apartments are beautiful, the office staff outstanding, maintenance the best ever, and the amenities just keep getting better. You can walk to everything. As downtown evolved and bubbled over with a vibrant, friendly, foodie, cultural scene, the Brigham Apartments continued to evolve as well. We just had a stunningly beautiful renovation. Love the fitness rooms, pool, hot tub, patio with gas grills, oh and new find has been yoga class! The locked package pickup with code texted to you and the secure underground parking also favorites. Wait, is that free coffee in the eLounge! Yes I love the place and everything about it.
