Everything is going well except one problem with my neighbor

Everything appears to be going swimmingly; alas, I have not had ample time to explore all the amenities. The sole issue at hand is my neighbor's habit of depositing her refuse by my apartment window, which regrettably emanates an unpleasant odor. Come weekends, she accumulates three bags of garbage, resulting in an olfactory nuisance.
