Love, Love, Love!

We are serving an LDS mission in SLC and needed an apartment to stay at three days a week. We found the Garden Apartments because it is adjacent to the office we serve at and was recommended by a fellow missionary. From the get go we loved Becky and Ruben in the office. Becky gave us a tour of the site and we were able to rent a studio apartment. We have loved our apartment. We were able to fit a king sized bed from home in our little place. It has been perfect! We were concerned about having bugs due to being in an apartment complex. We put out several sticky bug traps so we would know if there was a concern. We have not had one bug in our apartment in the past six months. The apartments are well maintained. The staff communicates well. The billing is clear and detailed. I love that no clutter is allowed on doors, etc. Everything is tidy and cared for. We have been so grateful for this apartment. Our assignment has been moved to Riverton and we will be moving out in February to relocate to the south end of the county, but we will remember our time at the Garden Apartments with fondness and recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Ruben, Becky, and maintenance staff. You are all rockstars!

Safe at home.

I have lived in other communities in Salt Lake City, but none as fine as the garden apartments. The comfort of a secure complex, gives one feelings of safety and peace of mind. The grounds are maintained to perfection and always assessable. I highly recommend this apartment complex and staff for value and quality. Ms. Becky was the nicest lady I have ever had the pleasure to meet and talk to. The staff at Garden Apartments are of the highest quality and character anyone could ask for when dealing with rental management.
