We have lived here 10 years and overall good. The only major negative is there are frewuently elevator problems but we have been told there is a project in the works to replace the elevators.

Heat

I've lived here for 8+ years. Generally, I like living here. The street noise can be very annoying on weekends. Eddie is been a wonderful maintenance manager but the things out of his control are very irritating, such as the heating system. It is Saturday morning of a 3-day weekend and I am without heat. At 8 AM it is 64 degrees in my apartment. None of the baseboard registers are the least bit warm. Heating has been an issue since the first of the year and now I face 3 days of cold. I expect, regardless of the weather, that I won't be subjected to an unheated living space. My rent is paid on time and for that, I expect I will be sufficiently warm in my apartment.
