I moved in here 2019 utility bill was $50 now after six years utility bills more than $200 ridiculous.

I have lived here for 10 months so far and feel safe here. Although it's an older apartment complex, it has been well-maintained, and my space feels like a home more than an apartment. It's quiet, and I like that everyone has a garage. I notice that some vehicles stay parked in the same parking spaces for a while. Some vehicles don't have a current license on the front windshield. I moved here because of the convenient location to where I need to be. Ongoing problems I have had that EVERY apartment complex has are bad insulation between the ceiling and upstairs ... Nice neighbors upstairs, but every footprint is heard. I wish the flower beds were a little more manicured and trimmed, and not hanging over walkways. No fault of the apartment owner, BUT Eldridge Parkway needs to be redone, and my car now rattles even though I drive the speed limit. I guess we should complain to the city. I also enjoy the privacy.
