Im Katie Harris in #4203, i would like to make sure to give 2 maintenance gentleman a big kudos. Luis Miguel & Leo Pedilla for resolving a tub issue for me. Awesome job guys. Also, Jessica (Asst Mgr) needs to be promoted for her dedication to her job. Jessica has been working very hard to keep this property Managed properly. I have managed employees throughout most of my career. I can spot the ones with heart & the ones only here for a paycheck. She is already doing the Manager position & i feel her being promoted into that position would beca huge plus for your company.
