Your new home place

I have lived at Greenwood Forest for 6 years. Amenities are good, but pools and exercise rooms are not always open as advertised. Grounds and appearance are great. The maintenance staff are stable (same folks year after year) and they fix stuff immediately. Rent has gone up every year for 6 years, but is not totally unreasonable for the area. I thoroughly enjoy living here and would heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, stable place to live and enjoy life. The area has all the living and shopping opportunities anyone could want within 2-3 miles and you are near IH-45, Beltway 8, and Texas 249, so access to anywhere is close and fast.
