Very great apartments, wish there was a bigger gym so you dont feel like your breathing on someone, and wish we could have a few more people over at the pool and maybe Id actually go. People never pick up their poop at the dog park so thats annoying having to watch every step you take in there especially since the sprinklers have been flooding it for a a couple months and there has been people to work on it or maintence past by it and it just hasnt gotten fixed, so thatd be nice if it got fixed, not a dealbreaker for me only cause i libe having my own laundry room which most aparments here in el paso dont have.

Would renew lease

Good neighbors and location. Maintenance doesn't give an estimated date for when they will fix things but they do show up. Lots of roofing nails in the parking lots.
