I really like living here the hidden charges every month are insane, too much money for an old apartment that I have to keep email management to send maintenance to come and fix. Neighbors downstairs are good, the door to door one just moved out, but wasn’t great as she always setting her garbage almost in front of my door. And it was usually stuff that should be put in the dumpster and could be there for weeks. Yes weeks, I have pictures. So living here its ok, but management should reconsider the rates or changing the staff.

Not Senior Friendly

This is NOT a senior friendly apartment complex. The foundations of the buildings are bad,although they will charge full price on your rent. If you live on a fixed income this is not the place for you, they will have you sign the lease then a month later they'll increase your rent, mine went up $80.00. After that they will nickel & dime you to death, starting with the "mandatory" fees for valet trash & parcel package box totaling about $56, then if you want to park in a covered spot thats another fee per month. If not then you'll get to park around the corner and hope there's a place there. They "fixed" the foundation in building 11, when I went in to the office at the end of February, I was told that I had 7 days to find another apartment and move, they had cancelled my lease due to the bad foundation. I had over-payed on rent in February, when I asked if it could be refunded to the credit card, I was told that it would be applied to my March rent. Since my lease was cancelled in February I asked that the money be refunded to me, then I was told that since I owed a 3 month water bill it would be applied to that AND I still owed them $48.00. Strange since I'd paid the water bill each month as it was included in my rent. Any excuse to keep from refunding money. There were 14 families in building 11 and 14 or 15 in building 10......all given 7 days to find another place to live & move out, kinda short notice. So glad that I've moved.

Poor Communication

Our lease ended, and was up for renewal, on July 31, 2022. I notified the office, via e-mail, on May 20, 2022, statying that we wanted to renew, and requested the documents for the new lease. There was no follow up, or confirmation of the lease renewal. There was no lease documents available on the portal until December of 2022. We were charged a ridiculous amount in fines, for being on month-to-month. We did our part by notifying the leasing office, that we wanted to renew our lease, before the 60 day requirement. The apartment made no attempt to communicate with us about the new lease, and because of that, we have fines that we cannot afford to pay. My sister and I work very long hours, and should not have to hassle the office to do their job, and provide the necessary documents to renew our lease. We should not be penalized, due to the poor communication, from the apartment's leasing office.

to many fees

We have lived here for 13 months, Apt. is great, family atmosphere is great. Parking is ridiculous. Depending on where you live in the complex you can get covered parking everyday and not have to pay a cent. But the rest of us are SOL. There should be one free spot for each unit it's only fair. Not super excited about the flooding all around my unit when it rains it's never gotten inside but it have not been able to get in or leave a few times. I hate the valet trash it makes everything look so ugly with those trach cans sitting or lying around. And don't get me started on the package service UGH. Oh and I have some big issues regarding the pool.
