From the moment my daughter and I walked into The Gin Mill to look and explore what living here would look like, we were treated and was communicated to very thoroughly and efficiently by Jeff. He answered all of our questions and even made the process coming home Welcoming. Since we have lived here, Rachel and Jeff have been very kind. Highly recommend The Gin Mill and its staff.

Location and Apartment

Love the apartment itself. The only drawback that I really hate is having to take the stairs every time I need to go to my apartment. Especially when you buy stuff and need to go to the 3rd floor. If this complex had elevators, it would be a dream come true, as the apartment itself is amazing! The staff is very friendly. Maintenance is good, even though they mess up their timings sometimes. Overall, I like living here so far.

Welcoming at The Gin Mill

The experience so far is honestly the most pleasant that I have experienced living in a multi family community. Jeff has been and is SO amazing, with not only his communication skills but his willingness to be on top of everything. Then I was introduced to Rachel who is also so sweet, Jeff and Rachel make a great team! Alongside with Chris who is on top of every maintenance needed through out the community. I am glad that I made the shift to The Gin Mill to call it our home.
