The staff is professional and very friendly. I have gotten excellent service and found the community to be a very safe environment. I am very happy with my apartment. Thank you for making my move here easy. I found this place online and when I made my final decision to move to the Gin Mill apartments, I found my transition from state to state easy due to the managers kindness and willingness to give me all the information I needed to make The Gin Mill my next home. Being at The Gin Mill has been a comfortable feeling of home. Between the staff, my neighbors and becominf a dog mom has a great experience! Jeffery’s team did great the first year. Very friendly, understanding and awesome! Kody and his team taking over has been such a pleasure! Between events they host, friendly, being understanding as well and kind, I am excited to be here another year!

Lived here for 6 months. Moved into a new unit that had not been make ready cleaned as promised. Water heater didn't work. Garage door didn't work. None of this was checked prior to me moving in. A smoke free community where a neighbor smokes weed inside and it infiltrates into my home and fills my home.

The apartment itself was well-furnished and very comfortable. The bed was particularly cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The management team was very responsive and helpful. Any issues I had were promptly addressed, which made my stay even more pleasant.

From the moment my daughter and I walked into The Gin Mill to look and explore what living here would look like, we were treated and was communicated to very thoroughly and efficiently by Jeff. He answered all of our questions and even made the process coming home Welcoming. Since we have lived here, Rachel and Jeff have been very kind. Highly recommend The Gin Mill and its staff.

Love the apartment itself. The only drawback that I really hate is having to take the stairs every time I need to go to my apartment. Especially when you buy stuff and need to go to the 3rd floor. If this complex had elevators, it would be a dream come true, as the apartment itself is amazing! The staff is very friendly. Maintenance is good, even though they mess up their timings sometimes. Overall, I like living here so far.
