Living in the Avalon

I have had the best year living here. I just re-signed my lease. The maintence has always been helpful, I have only had two issues while living here and they were solved within 24 hours. My neighbors are so nice and I never have any problems with noise or have any complaining. The office is always so nice to help me out with anything and always has the nicest people working there.

I have lived here since October, I absolutely love the location of the apartments and I have never really had any serious problems here. I had one issue and it got resolved by Holley at the office. She is so helpful and actually cares about the tenants here. Maintenance has always been here when they said they would be and I love the apartment, it is the perfect size for just me and my dog. I will be living here again when it gets closer for me to renew my lease, it has turned into a home away from home and I feel safe living here as a woman by herself. I always recommend my apartments with friends that are looking to live in Amarillo.
