Very very good until today, July 4th. I awoke with a text of an eviction threat due to failure to pay rent. I set up an automatic draft in the office with Kim's assistance two weeks ago. I went to the office two days ago and spoke to Kim; she assured me not to worry that my payment that was to be withdrawn on the 3rd had not been made because of the holiday. There was another resident there at the same time wy the same concern as mine. I am a 77 year old widow and I don't need this stress to the point of having to take nitroglycerin. I had a heart attack in March and this is situation is stressful to me. There is no one to talk to personally in the office because it is a holiday. I am going to make an online payment now for rent, under duress. I consider it my August rent payment in advance.
