Im at the end of my 1 year lease and i cam honestly say its been an overall great experience. Parking can be a bit frustrating at times, but other things make up for it. The amenities are awesome, pool is maintained and every issue I’ve had has been addressed in a timely manner. Staff has been great and friendly overall.

The property is nice but you can tell the amenities are very old. When I toured, it wasn't bad and seemed very nice. I quickly learned that the walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin. This is because I could hear my upstairs neighbor wake up every morning at 5:30 AM to go to work. I can also hear myself walking around my apartment (just casually walking from room to room) and can assume it's a pain to my downstairs neighbor. It's not anyone's fault for simply walking around their apartment but the noise from simply walking was a factor in me moving out!
