Apartment is Good

Processes for noise complaints from pets could be handled more professionally, and with more due diligence. Past experiences relative to circumstances prove you're more interested in not receiving another complaint than understanding the nature of what is happening may or may not be a real problem. People who work from home live in a fifteen story apartment complex that takes in revenue for pets to live here. Maybe charge commercial office space rent to those who need more privacy.

Don't let there be problems with the elevators!

Who schedules painting while one of the elevators are down? Why does it take six months to fix elevators? Lots of excuses.
