I have lived at Vertis for 3 years. Overall, the experience has been fantastic and just what I need in this season of my life. All of the employees are wonderful, kind, and courteous. The wall paint and details in common areas, hallways, and elevator areas could be maintained better. With the amount of elderly people living here, I think it would be a good investment to put a bench in each elevator area especially with as much elevator issues this building has. The pool, bar, grill, and social events are a major plus. Friendly people live here.

New Management is very rigid and we cant keep employees. Char wont deliver to us anymore because Doug doesn't like to get up and open the door and gives all delivery drivers a hard time, which I have seen personally over the 4 years I have lived there- This came directly from Jason at Char one of the managers.

We have lived at the Vertis for a year now, and we love it! We are living here while our home is renovated, and while we are eager to get back into our house, we have had the best experience here. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the location is top notch.
