Love it
Living at Kenect as a student has been so lovely and convenient. Everything is so clean and comfortable, there's a great gym and pool, and it's pet-friendly. I love how I can walk to class and work and skip the Nashville traffic.

Decent Apartment, Amenities Not Great
The apartment was in decent condition, but we had some seriours issues with racoons digging into the trash and leaving it strung all over the breezeway. Then the trash service (that you pay for every month to come and take your trash) would refuse to take it when the bags were broken open like they were. When we called the office about it they simply told us to put moth balls in our trash bins… Which I was not satisfied with because that should be something the apartments should be taking care of and not us. Another annoying thing was the pools. One or both seemed to be closed every day or almost every day for “maintenance.” And we never used the gym because it was so small and the treadmills would randomly skip and that scared us away from using them. Overall an okay experience.
