I had a few here and there things while living here but nothing to bad to say that I didn't enjoy my time living here. Community clubhouse that had a pool, theater room, gym, bonfire place, and a starbucks coffee for free. I would say that is a win.

Amenities are pretty good. People don't pick up their dog poop until days later. Maintenance is great. Starbucks machine is super nice.

Never lived this close to/in Sioux Falls, and I'm really happy that this was the apartments that we went with. Couldn't be happier with anything so far!
