Excellent value, parking lot could be better.

While living at the East RidgeView apartments, I've come to realize that the value is fantastic considering the location and the facilities. That being said, the one downside that I find (and it's a strong one) is the parking lot. This connects to a couple of areas: - Getting in/out of the parking lot is, at points, extremely difficult since the space for cars in minimal. Therefore, when I need to go in but there is a car needing to go out, I have to wait for the car to go out first so I can drive in since the space is so tight. Much worse when there is snow. - The snow never gets cleaned properly on the side of townhomes 1 to 5. The rest of them get cleaned immediately, but not this side. This side usually gets cleaned within 2-3 days, while on the other side of the parking lot it's cleaned almost immediately.

Home Review

Our home was not clean when we moved in. The microwave, bathroom fan, and several other items were broken, and the walls weren't painted. However, most broken items were fixed right away, which we appreciated. So far, things have turned out pretty good.
