Me and my family have been very happy here . Parks are close downtown is just minutes away. Lot of great neighbors. What can I say this place is awesome.

Me and my family were in a tight place coming to South Dakota. We came across Oklahoma states And found our new home the management staff is fantastic the maintenance staff is fantastic we could not ask for a better home here in South Dakota

Good location and value with a good environment for quiet living.

Last week after the blizzard they left a drift in front of the garage doors out about 3 foot away from the doors. I couldn't even walk through it to get my shovel out of my garage. I got lucky and one of my neighbors saw me out there trying to clear enough of the snow away to get my car out and her and her son did all the shoveling for me. I would have never made it on my own. I'm a senior citizen with asthma I sold my house and moved to an apartment so I wouldn't have to do that kind of work. Snow removal around here leaves a lot to be desired. Fire the crew you have, and hire a new one that actually gets the lot clean. As for amenities there are non. You can find Apartments for this price that do have pools and/or exercise rooms, elevators, and community rooms. When you took over the management of this place you raised the rent but didn't keep up with the outside maintenance of the buildings. There has been a bag of garbage outside the front door of this building since last spring. As a rent paying resident here I don't feel it is my responsibility to pick up other peoples garbage. The goes for the hallways too. I loved this place when I moved in but it has gone down hill. I still love my apartment as long as I don't have to leave it and see the mess outside. But lets be reasonable here that isn't possible for anyone. Sorry this got so long winded but the snow drift in front of my garage door two days after the storm really pissed me off.
