Theres a stupid ghost eater charge because of “high water usage” because of that it drives the price of renting up, but amenitirs are behind the times for the price you pay. Location is super convenient since there is plenty of attractions nearby. It’s about a 6/10.

Was sad to see the regional, Steph and the property manager, Kellie leave. My building was very quiet but recently became loud in the late hour 12am-2am you can hear music playing. Love the location but you get what you pay for property

I’ve lived here for years. Everyone has been very friendly, and super helpful. Unfortunately the rent and the amount of renters insurance you have to have it quite expensive. Paying $800+ for a one bedroom and a garage is pretty ridiculous especially since nothing is really updated at all. Other that that the location is awesome! Sertoma park right out the back door, Hy-Vee is dang near across the street, nice little gas station down on the block. It’s a solid place to live, wish it would come down in price.
